We gladly accept and offer you 14 days of return from the day you receive your package. Returns are at your own expense. The value of the returned items will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase.
How to return your goods:
1. Pack your goods securely. We encourage you to reuse the original packaging.
2. Fill in the return slip and attach it to the return package. Remember to write your full name and order number. You can download a return slip here.
3. Send your return package to our warehouse and remember to ask for a receipt and tracking number on the shipment. We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address and recommend that you use GLS.

Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop. Returns sent to parcel shops are at your own risk and will be automatically returned according to the carrier's rules.
Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 14 business days. The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase.
The responsibility of the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered on the listed return address. You have a free choice of courier if the parcel is delivered directly to above mentioned address. For your own safety, please keep the postage receipt with tracking number until you have received a refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop. Please return the item that you do not wish to keep to our warehouse.

If the item was purchased from a retailer, the complaint must be processed by the retailer.
